Yeah as partygirl says above, its Leigh's CD and lives in UpperHutt....
He's been trying to get some gigs to play @ but hasnt had much luck... the only place he has been able to get gigs are @ Hullabaloo... though he always tells me how crap the equipment is there...
He would ideally like to take a step up and play somewhere else (state the obvious 'Phoenix') but because of the competition, he just cant seem to make it in.....
So buddy, if you think you can find a slot for him at any future event......let him know, He'd love it!

Yup, he has got some wicked big mp3 mixes on the site. Not all by him, but still very cool- Good for teaching yourself how to distinguish genres as well!

As Baynesy said, I have played at the last coupla Hullabaloos (the equipments not crap just not what I'm used to and there were a few logistical issues with playing in a concrete bunker last time - my fault more than anything else - btw, if anyone knows where I can hire a Pioneer DMX500 mixer (the one with no cue/master knob) for a day, please let me know

Have been offered one or two other chances to play out, but due to the fact I 'work' on Fridays and Saturdays, it really has to be a well organised sure thing or I cant justify losing the loot. Guess the stuff I play is a little less trance/NRG and more Hard House than most Wellie djs on the scene - stupid vocal samples galore - haha Practising hard out and hoping my skills are gradually improving enough to score some more gigs. Quite happy with how things are progressing really - will hopefully be on the bill for the next Hard Drive in Auck (One Green Apple), and recently received a wicked review for 'Hard Dance 1' on the energyuk.net site, so all good!!
Anyone else whos up for a demo cd or two, drop me an email introducing yourself and I'll hook ya up. CDs still free, but when I do play out you have to come along and go woohoo and stuff if ya like it
