Bar stools

Does anyone else find them uncomfortable?

Guys seem to be fine, but other girls? I hate them - just curious.....

only when they don't have somewhere to rest your feet on.

bar stools....like the furniture? or
the......dodgy.....u know......"stools" that
sometimes appear in bars.......

but the furniture ones are bad....gives me piles..

Never like bar stools ! Id rather stand.

some are, i like perching, problem is gettin on the high ones

I hate them...they are either too low or too high and not comfortable at all - I too would much rather stand....

never found a prob with any, i guess im at that height where bar stools were designed

Yeah - they're ok if the foot perch is at the right height.....

But they're usually fucken uncomfortable!!!

I like the ones at Metropole - I dont go there very often, but when I do, I have a great old time on the bar stools. Theyre hydraulic ones that go up & down, I find it very amusing to quietly sit there with my back to the stranger behind me - look all innocent like & then when he least expects it, slip my hand round behind me & flick his lever so he plummets to the floor! LMAO just thinking about the last time I did it!

Whilst chatting a guy up once, I lent back on my bar stool with a bit too much force and ended up sprawled across the floor. Perhaps that's why they tend to bolt them down these days? And no, I didn't score that night.

Kat - i did the same thing on a tall chair at the airport, had a few too many drinks as a friend of mine was leaving, and my chair at the bar went sliding accross the floor as i fell flat on my bum.

not a good site in front of the whole airport @ 4am in the morning.
