Does anyone know when the new B2B cds will be coming out, and what dj's will be mixing.? Its great to actually get quality nz dj's on a mix cd.Cheers.

Not sure who are the confirmed DJ's for this one - but I understand this is the last due to poor CD sales which is really dissapointing.

1st set was good, 2nd was poor. Time to end it...

3rd Issue, the Quamay cd was great.
I seem to remember Sample confirming the djs for it on the old boards a while back but havent seen nor heard anything since.

heh

i thought it was 48 sonic and Jason howsen? i was/am exicted about that one! hopefully tings come thru on it, cos it would be nice not to have a series dominated by cheesy tunes, would be one for the headz out there if 48 sonics in the mix, not to mention jason howsen, not that would be a cd with some goddamn funk ya'll!

EZ

B2B volume 4 will be out in the next week or two, the discs are mixed by General Lee (Prog and Uplifting) and Jason Howson (2Step and UK garage). The delay has been due to the magazine element of the issue, not the music which was delivered by both dj's back in early September.

24th November has been the 'offical' release date, but there are still issues with the magazine....as Marsh said the DJ's had their CD's ready in September....The magazine element is done by a seperate company than Universal.

Interesting that they have done a 2 step cd. Seemed that they aimed more at the uplifting/house scene. Will be interesting to see how it sounds.

It cos Nzers dont give enough support to local talent. I bought all three and gave many away to ther friends as presents to support the DJ's. To manyh people hold a perception that cos their locals they aint gonna pay. I reckon its greta to have a 2Step cd. Im sure that if they were to continue then they would bring out a whole series incorporating all different genres to let everyone here what the whole nz scene is representing. Massive respect to the people who bring out B2B
