Sly had a wicked time too, we had to cruise home to slys kids so we said goodye to PG at about 3:30.

The Djs went off, danced our arses off.had photos taken with half naked guys from Palmie ( remember that PG )

DO NOT miss these guys, they rock! They both are loving their work too, pSynrg laughs and pumps his hands and winds the crowd up, and Thermobee keeps us all up there, grinning wickedly while he does it! And their girls are absolutely adorable

Well The King is on full training mode, OMG the miles we are doing are farking crazy...so far we have in the past week done 90km worth of running, 12.7km worth of swimming and 170km bike (no cycling for me though)...the next two weeks are even bigger, he haves 180km bike on Wed alone, and another 3 runs each comprising of 16km, 25km, then a 40km, not up with the swimming yet but I know it's huge too, he only has one more week of hugeness then tapering for the big day ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh

The Ironman here we come

All I can say is FARK HE IS FIT AND LOOKING FANTASTIC...and I just love all the training, can eat heaps and not gain an inch of fat

Wee Anabelle is a delight, such a cool age and has just got back into Kindy.....she did a wee dance for us at WC today, hehe Bay and the gang thought it was ever so sweet Being a young parent is absolutely wicked, and I'm really lucky to have a such a beautiful daughter Roll of the years.
