Avoiding Biggie Today

Is it just me or when you hit the browser refresh button it refreshes back to the front 'news' page.

I know that it only takes two clicks to get back to the forum lists, but it is fucken annoying.

I know that Mike and crew are working hard to fix all the problems with Biggie, and I appreciate the work that they do, but I might avoid Biggie today and hope that things are better tomorrow.

i removed those posts cos it was insulting the original poster, ofcourse i did it bby the non existing book and posted it in the mods forum so there!

Just don't use refresh, I don't and I manage to get by.

So then Harvey, how do you get it to refresh without pressing refresh???

just click on the "forum" title at the top.. ie "Lounge" or "Biggie Forum" i never use the refresh button hehe

When I refresh my page it goes to the Who's on line page...

refer to scooby's comment previous and ya prob's should be sorted.. hehehe

I refresh the pane only. Right click the Threads window, select Refresh.

Thats on a PC, not a Mac. You can try right clicking your Mac if you like though. I'd be interested to see how you get on

Yep, Scooby's way seems to work. Annoying that you have to scroll right to the top but I guess you get that.

Yeah, and I use the 'End' key for the thread entitled "Which biggies do you want to meet".. when it finally loads.. (and I'm on T1)

Night_Junkie_HH: you don't have to scroll right to the top. There is an "up" icon on the bottom left that you can click to automatically bring you to the top of a thread.

just click on the "arrow" at the bottom, just below the "reply text" box... and that returns ya to the top hehehe

I never use the refresh button either

T1 = Gruntiest Method of connecting to the internet. Basically.. were connected straight into the backbone in NZ like the ISP's.

Below T1, T3, ISDN / ASDl / Broadband, then ya get ya modems...

hmmmm, feel like a dick now. But ah well, its a dirty job but someone has to do it.
