Bit of a mixed start for the breakers this season. Great comeback last night from 9 points down to win though. And it showed they could win without Kirk Penney ...unfortunate thing is he might be out for a month with his back injury.

For sure, showed heaps of character to come back last night...was great to see we can turn games defensively too, promising stuff.

But yeah, that Kirk injury is a worry, losing the league MVP for a month would be damaging.

Loving Thomas Abercrombie though, dude is turning into the swingman we've always lacked. Storey seems to finding it difficult to adjust tthough, we definitely need him to start stepping it up.

Second week in a row the Breakers have almost blown a big half time lead.

Great nail biting finish though. Down by 3 with with 11 seconds to go and CJ charges down the court and sinks a 3 to send to game into overtime.
