Hey just wondered if anyone else has just received their latest rates bill accompanied the same day by the latest QV RV ratings ?
I noticed that the new QV rating is valid from 1 Sept 09, (and is expectedly lower than the previous RV), and my current rates bill is for the next 3 months, but is based on the old (higher) RV. So tells me the 2 systems are not inherantly linked so I am up for a higher bill than my property warrants. Anyone else discovered this ? Am going to attempt to speak to a council person and ask for an explaination (that should be fun!)
