Nah... my MS subscription is more on the developer side of things. Different sorta list than OEM builders or those that have to deal with customers... hahaha I imagine you'll get phone calls like...
Customer: "I have an error"
resist: "yes and what does that say"
Customer: "It says that a program is trying to access the internet"
*resist thinks how the hell did this customer get through to me, is this a business thing
but thinks back to his SP2 traning and saves the day as follows...
resist: "well maam which product is it?"
Customer: "It says something about 4freehotsex.exe"
resist: "well maam I think you should decline it and visit lavasoft.com"
