Sometimes I read it cause its free @ work

Their either quiet, boring, 'harry potter reading', counterstrike playing geeks,

Fitness freaks

or Bizzare, Weird, out there non conformists

Oh and Brittany

mostly its guys that are hard-core IT people (not always tho and increasingly girlz are IT savvy)
its a real range of people these days tho dont you think.....
the team of IT people I work with are all over the place from a social perspective...

I don't read any physical IT magazines. I'll look at computerworld.co.nz occasionally.

And definitely Britney

I read Computerworld. Some interesting editorials in it, and the development area is always worth a skim

I wish it was smaller, the netguide is a better size, I only ever read non monitor literature in the bath and the computerworld paper always ends up in a bubble bath soaked mess.

I definitely think there is some truth to the "IT geeks with no social skills" stereotype... most of the *really* smart IT geeks I know aren't the best at communication.. but some of them are aware of the fact, and work hard to make up for it..

But there are definitely exceptions.

I personally dont really read those sort of magazines. I think there for people who cant figure something out for themselves so need a step by step instruction on how to do something or someone to tell them whats new and hot. I prefer to just find these things out myself.

I don't really read those magazines either, I prefer Dr Dobbs Journal

and yeah I'd go with Christina

this mag really impresses the chicks
