are you a sociable person??

do you feel like you can converse with people regardless of the surroundings?

i know people who can only go somewhere if drum n bass is on, or if deep house is playing?

in a normal week i might end up in places as diverse as seattle, bed, bachios, retrorama, showgirls, fu bar etc and feel that even though the music might not be 100% to my liking i can still enjoy the evening through good conversation and hanging out with friends.

if you a confident sociable person you should be able to derive a great night out of any club and not blame the music for it making you have a bad night.....

I must say that I am one to talk *too much sometimes* to anyone and much the same as you Sam, am flexible with surroundings because as long as the company is all good, then the night is all good....

Like Tauranga for instance...made a huge effort to talk to as many of the biggies as possible and it was in the most bizarre environment for me in a while and look how many friends I made and what a good night I had!

I quite often go to places where I don't like the music. It all depends on the people I am with, so I guess I am a sociable person.

Yeah most of the time. Definitely if my friends are there.

lately i have been meeting at least 5-10 people that i have become friends with, everytime i go out - so i think i am on a roll with the sociable thing...
some nights you can't shut me up, or keep me in my seat for more than 5 minutes

i am sociable, i have no problem talking to the guy behind the counter in subway, no problem talking to the person next to me in a deep house venue, and no problem yelling a conversation at bed. people are what make a nite a good one with the music a close second.

I find it quite difficult to talk in clubs and as such I think I may come across as unsociable, but really I'm not.
I like to be able to go somewhere were I can actually hear what the other person is saying, which is why I like BED - its not LOUD everywhere!

i usually find that the worse the music is the more likely i am to strike up a great conversation

I don't really care where I am as long as I like the surroundings and company. If I'm going out to be social, I don't really mind about the music, as long as it doesn't preclude conversation. It could be country for all I care. If I'm going out specifically to hear something or someone however, then I do care!

Having said that, you probably won't find me in any Once Were Warriors bars just yet.

Im very socialble esp when pilling obviously. I can talk to anyone anywhere, irrelevant of the music. Even tho the music might not be my cup of tea, it doesnt have an impact on the convo. Just might limit me from being there in the first place...

It was really interesting down in tauranga, i love new surroundings and interesting people. Down there was no exception...

I am a sociable person but being in a loud club listening to hard house banging away all night is not my idea of socialising! if I am going out to town it is to have a dance to some good music and if the music is not good then it can ruin my night. understandable considering it was the sole reason I went out in the first place?

I go for the people and have just as much fun at Drum n Bass as i do at Trance

It's the atmosphere and i can make it good for my mates and they make it good for me.

And if Sam Hill is playing the night is made anyway!

I love being sociable... wish I spent more time chatting with people rather than running off here and there all the time.
