Anyone know a decent proxy server host site?

For a friend of mine who can't look at biggie at work and wants to be able to check the site out occassionally. I don't want to look through dodgy porn stuff from work trying to find a good one for her...

Yup I googled, and the first six I checked had four false starts and two porn sites, which I don't appreciate at work.
