yeah, the simple fact of the matter is that with that batting line up Gilchrist is also redundant

I'm surprised vads didn't pick more bowlers like grimmet, o'reilly, barnes etc, because then I would have done the equally ridiculous thing and suggested Percy Sherwell as wicket keeper

I'm sorry, but anybody who doesn't mention Kallis is chronically blind to south african greatness considering that Kallis has scored over 9000 runs taken over 200 wickets and 100 catches in both forms of the game.
