so i work for an elevator company in melbourne... which COULD be considered an emergency service, as we get people out of lifts when they are stuck... this is considered an emergency.
our phones... aparently along with everyone else with optus in the whole of australia... went down at approx 3pm today.
what a fun afternoon at work
my poor technicians have been made to stay back at work so that they can check EACH AND EVERY SINGLE lift that they look after to make sure nobody is stuck (cos if they were they wouldnt be able to tell us!)
anyone else in aus affected by this?
