It is Down Tempo stylz but for lovers of music it's perfect. No doubt you may have heard of the new bar in Control room. It's named Opium Trading Company.
This thurs (16th may) brings you a night centered around nice beats and great mellow tunes ranging from Downbeat, Hip-hop, Drum n' Bass, Techno and a whole lot more as time goes on. This is the first of a new monthly night being held here.

I'm back in NZ for a week or so first week of October - just a lil holiday to coincide with Hiphop summit =)

Consider it a date it you're still runnin tings in October.

it'll be a regular night running on the third thurs of every month. Maybe October might have a little Hip Hop special to - as you say - coincide with the HipHop summit. I'll keep in touch.

I good idea, maybe you could do a cypher battle and get all the local acts to come down for a pre-party or something...
