Rob Andrews
Rob Andrews is a new project from the UK-born, New Zealand producer also known as Delegate - with the Andrews moniker focusing on a more atmospheric, Progressive sound.

Under a number of previous guises, Rob's first international release (as Delegate) was for the Australian label Central Station, where he and fellow NZer Nick Collings were commissioned to remix the legendary Rave act Ultra-Sonic. Their version of the classic track 'Check Your Head' was released as a limited 12", and licensed to a number of compilations, including the 'Best of Clubscene' CD released by Rumour Records in the UK. Continuing to progress his tough Trance sound, he then went on to release his first original track 'Keep Calm' on the UK’s S-Trax, as well as further releases on labels such as Masif, Mixology and Global Hard Trance. On top of this, he has been heavily involved in the NZ dance since for well over a decade, supporting a number of DJ heroes such as Martin Roth, Scot Project, Bart Claessen, Yoji Biomehanika, Cosmic Gate and Fred Baker, to name but a few. The Rob Andrews sound draws many influences from as wide as Trance, vintage Electronica, World Music, Drum n' Bass and even Indie and Progressive Rock, favouring many of the layered and percussive elements that make many of these genres so grabbing, yet danceable at the same time.
