ok, first off I am going to be the first one to admit that when I comes to exercise and eating healthily I am incredibly lazy at the moment. I told myself that my new years resolution was going to be to go to the gym instead of the pub after work and start eating the right foods. However, it;s January 23rd adn I have only set foot inside the gym twice all year. My family is also making me feel guilty

with both my sisters being Persoanl Trainers, a marathon runner father, and a gym bunny mother you think some of their motivation would rub off on me

I don't think i'll have a problem with the healthy eating bizzo but really the gym thing is making me feel ultra guilty. I need some ideas to motivate myself for getting my lazy ass to to some exercise, even if it's not at the gym, any sort of exercise will do. Help me out, what can I do to motivate myself ??????
