Adam Beyer bender in Brisbane

Couldn't believe my luck when I got to Brisbane this week for work and one of my friends there took me to see Adam Beyer and Joel Mull who were playing in a smallish club/bar thingy in the Valley. For $15! Superb, shame no one got them over to NZ. Go Brisbane!

Mostly banging. Here I was, expecting the nightlife to be one bogan Brisbane beer barn after another, and what I got was a Beyer bonanza. Brilliant.

Yeah saw him in Sydney at Laundry the week before. Mull was a bit lacklustre first up but still great and Beyer excellent. Nice progression from really deep and minimal to more banging mad eye style. And Beyer played Pooks - Trouble (wink rmx)

Then they both went and played at this afterhours called Spice from 7-11 in the cross. So gutting to miss that!
