Meltdown returns to the smash the Auckland scene up again! NZ's premier hard house only event has gone from strength to strength over the last two and half years, due to a dedicated exclusive hard beat only policy and enlisting a huge following on the way.
The atmosphere is always electric and with full effort in the production values its not hard to see why. Acid rain is the events latest incarnation and you can expect to feel Kiwi hard house full frontal with kicking sets lined up from the scenes finest.
As always the DJ line up is hand picked for filthy goodness! A blistering live set from Meltdowns own MANIK & MC DTOX leads the carnage. Manik has been smashing it of late with his thumping tracks signed to Vicious Circle, Toolbox, NZ’s finest Ballsitik, Fevah and more. His stomping DJ sets here and overeas have ripped it up; having just returned from his first international DJ trip to Australia the word is spreading. MC DTOX is an amazingly talented freestyle MC and knows how to tease and hype a crowd into a frenzy, you will remember him getting fists pumping at the Meltdown album launch. It’s been a while since the boys have teamed up in a club but when they do it goes off hard.
A stellar line up features NZ secret weapon Jack Dang (Production Set), recently signed to Ballistik. Miro B2B Serum & Dave Oi B2B Joel Hewitt will face off to deliver high quality mayhem. Sweeping up the carnage Tom Urwin and Llewellyn always deliver. The Control Room hosts Control and Chaos, Mr Geez and Didz to offer Drum and Bass and Tech House as a damn solid option to main room.
