The next Technical Sessions features Tim Richard - another local lad done real good!
Tim has been immersed in dance music for over the past decade and has been working as a full time DJ/Producer for over three years now.
Tim has forged his name as a top billing DJ at major nationwide events, as well as being voted Best Producer in 2007 and Best Progressive DJ in 2009 at the Nite:Life awards. He hosts a popular club night under the name Signature Sounds and also has a weekly radio show under the same name on George FM.
A little bit of a gear head, Tim will be coming in to talk about his DJing, his Studio work, and no doubt, his burgeoning collection of vintage synths!
The Technical Sessions are a chance for you to get up close and personal with many of the key figures of NZ’s electronica scene.
Its a change to ask questions about how and why they do what they do, and also a great opportunity to met plenty of like minded individuals.
